Shannon Kelly

Shannon partners with paradigm-shifting, forward-thinking executives who understand that the surest and most fulfilling path to organizational transformation is the development of their Inner Leader, and who want to leverage their creativity, unique talents, and experience to have a profound and positive impact while maximizing results.

Shannon draws on her years of experience as a coach, non-profit leader, psychotherapist, workshop leader, and faculty for the Coaches Training Institute. With clarity, fierce courage, playfulness and wit, Shannon creates a relationship that invites leaders to understand their impact, improve their communication skills, shed limiting beliefs, and step more firmly into their power and presence.  

Shannon received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University, her CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute, and her PCC from the International Coach Federation. She possesses 20 years of experience as a Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, and Director in a diverse range of non-profit and government organizations, has owned her own business since 2007, and has been on the faculty of CTI since 2014.   Shannon has designed curriculum for and facilitated scores of transformational workshops and trainings for individuals, groups, and organizations.  Shannon is also a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360.  She is a Great Story coach, a certified Bigger Game trainer, and completed the Immunity to Change Facilitator’s workshop.
