Peter Lachecki

A passion for enabling high performance through continual personal and team development is at the core of Peter’s success, both as a senior executive and as a coach.

Peter uses self-awareness techniques to form the basis of powerful coaching discussions, built on trustful and respectful relationships. He is a great listener and is equally comfortable in reflecting back insightful, honest truths that stimulate coachees’ commitment to improvement.   He has developed a highly flexible approach to enable coachees to make the best possible use of their skills and leadership potential – ‘one size does not fit all’ is a core principle of Peter’s coaching style.

His experience in supporting senior executives in career development, performance enhancement, promotion support and cross-cultural challenges is particularly valued by clients. Over the last 10 years Peter has worked as a coach and facilitator with mostly larger and international organisations, in the UK and across the world, working with executives and boards to deliver significant improvement.

Previously, during an impressive career of over 20 years, Peter held senior international executive roles with Kraft Foods in Marketing, R+D and Business Development, with powerful financial and equity building results. Leading complex, internal and external multi-functional and cross-country teams across the US and Europe, he was able to develop his own personal leadership skills. At the heart of his success was the ability to enable people to realise their full potential, with many of his reports ultimately reaching very senior levels. Peter is currently also Non-executive Chairman of the Board of one of the largest NHS acute hospital organisations in the UK.

Peter has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Durham University (UK) and a post-graduate Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School (University of Reading).

The following clients are just some of those with whom Peter has worked: Unilever (consumer goods), SAB Miller (drinks), Selecta (vending), HSBC (finance), Innogy Renewables (energy) and UBM (events).
