Ms. Thakrar is a graduate of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She is a PCC certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in the Myers Briggs assessment, the DISC assessment, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) 360 Assessment Suite, the LEI 360, the EQ-I 2.0 assessment, the Change Style Indicator, and the Healthy Leader Profile.
