With a background in B2B IT marketing (both hardware and software), publishing, manufacturing, transit, FMCG, the sciences, and the arts, Deborah brings both cross-industry and cross-cultural perspectives to her work. She is known for being a resourceful idea generator who also serves as a thinking partner to individuals, groups, and teams.
Deborah received a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, trained as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute, is a certified practitioner of the Innovation Strengths Preferences Institute® (ISPI™), and has additional certifications in Shadow Coaching and Body-Centered Coaching.
